Ali is a director from Nova Scotia, now based in Toronto. Recent credits include: Directing A Spirit’s Face (a new Indigenous play in English & ASL, Vancouver/Toronto), Directing Oklahoma! (First Act Productions), Directing multiple touring shows for Education Arts Canada, Assistant Directing Julius Caesar (Shakespeare in High Park, Canadian Stage), Assistant Directing BRANTWOOD (North America’s largest experiment in immersive theatre), Script Coordinating Within the Glass (Tarragon Theatre). Ali has created and performed work in Edinburgh, Vancouver, Berlin, Halifax & Toronto in museums, art studios, defunct record shops, closed schools, kitchens, and harbours. She is a graduate of the Theatre & Drama Studies Program at the University of Toronto Mississauga/Sheridan College.

JULIE TEPPERMAN - Actor (Elena)
Julie Tepperman is an actor, playwright and educator, as well as co-artistic director (with Aaron Willis) of Convergence Theatre, twice listed by NOW Magazine as the "Best Site-Specific Theatre Company in Toronto". Past immersive Convergence productions: AutoShow (one of NOW Magazine’s Top Ten Productions of 2006); The Gladstone Variations (4 Dora nominations; #2 in NOW Magazine’s Top Ten Toronto Productions of the Decade); YICHUD (Seclusion) (published by Playwrights Canada Press; Capital Critics’ Circle nomination for Outstanding Production); the Canadian premiere of Sarah Ruhl’s Passion Play(with Outside the March and Sheep No Wool; Dora Award for Outstanding Ensemble). Selected acting: Julie has acted at theatres across Toronto, as well as two seasons at The Stratford Festival, and the Birmingham Conservatory for Classical Theatre Training. Julie was Playwright-In-Residence at Theatre Passe Muraille in 2010/11 with the support of the Canada Council. Arts Education: Julie teaches acting, Shakespeare, playwriting and self-producing workshops for: The Stratford Festival, The Luminato Festival, The Toronto Fringe, Nightwood Theatre, Tarragon Theatre, Ryerson University (Act II Studio), George Brown and Humber Colleges. Recently: BRANTWOOD – a 15hr. immersive musical theatre epic that had audiences following characters all over an abandoned high school (created, written and directed with Mitchell Cushman, as part of Sheridan’s Canadian Musical Theatre Project.) Currently: Julie continues to collaborate with composer Christopher Thornborrow on Selfie – a new opera for teens, commissioned by Tapestry Opera. Upcoming: An excerpt of a musical-in-progress with composer Kevin Wong as part of Reframed (Acting Up Stage Theatre), this April 12-17 at the Art Gallery of Ontario.

Alicia hails from way down south—the sunny, sleepy city of Boynton Beach, Florida. She received her BA of Theatre from Florida State University. Last spring, she completed her MFA of Acting / Diploma of Voice Teaching at York University. NICK POTTER - Sound Designer
Nick Potter is a playwright, sound designer, composer, and video game enthusiast. He has sound designed and composed for various media, including theatre, film, and animation. His music can be heard in the ongoing series, Couple-ish, both in the episodes as well as the show’s theme song. His sound design recently appeared in the Paprika and Summerworks iterations of Seams and in Broken Windows at the InspiraTO Festival. Whenever he has a free moment he’s dreaming up scores for video games and glam-rock fantasias.

Kelsey is originally from Sudbury, Ontario and has been working in Stage Management for the past two years. Recent credits include: Slip (Circlesnake Productions - Stage Manager); Trout Stanley(Severely Jazzed Productions – Stage Manager) The Unplugging, (Factory Theatre – Apprentice Stage Manager), Miracle on 34th Street (Sudbury Theatre Centre – Apprentice Stage Manager);Comedy of Errors, Romeo and Juliet, Tempest & Two Gentlemen of Verona (St. Lawrence Shakespeare Festival – Apprentice Stage Manager); The Real McCoy (4th Line Theatre – Stage Manager). JEN SILVERMAN - Playwright
Jen Silverman’s work has been produced at Actor’s Theatre of Louisville (The Roommate, Humana 2015;Wondrous Strange, Humana 2016), Yale Rep (The Moors), InterAct Theatre in Philadelphia (The Dangerous House of Pretty Mbane, Barrymore Award), and in New York by the Playwrights Realm (Crane Story) and Clubbed Thumb (Phoebe in Winter). She has developed plays as workshop-productions at the Cherry Lane Mentor Project (The Hunters, mentor Lynn Nottage), Juilliard (Wild Blue and Still), and Playwrights Horizons Theatre School (That Poor Girl and How He Killed Her, a commission.) She is a member of New Dramatists, is a Core Writer at the Playwrights Center in Minneapolis, and has developed work at the O’Neill, Playpenn, SPACE on Ryder Farm, Williamstown, New York Theatre Workshop, Portland Center Stage, Boston Court Theatre in LA, The New Harmony Project, Fusion Theatre Co in New Mexico, Youngblood @ Ensemble Studio Theatre, and the Royal Court in London among other places. She’s a two-time MacDowell fellow, recipient of the Kennedy Center’s Paula Vogel Playwriting Award, a New York Foundation for the Arts grant, a Leah Ryan Fellowship/ Lilly Award, the 2015 Helen Merrill Fund Award for emerging playwrights, and the Yale Drama Series Award for Still.
